This shy, pretty, calico, came to OCO in August 2013 after having been trapped up by the Meow Village folks who had received a call from a church about six cats that were dumped on their property by a parishioner who had been evicted from her apartment. The lady swore she asked everybody she knew to take the cats, but simply ran out of time…

Anyway, Meow Village is a group that rescues feral cats. Gilda and her companions are quite tame and had no idea how to fend for themselves on the streets. Now they are all living comfortably at OCO.

If you'd like to help by sponsoring Gilda, we would LOVE that.  Thank you.  Donate/Sponsor

Gilda has been one of the more reticent of the six kitties, but she’s finally coming around and actually enjoys being brushed now. We’re hoping that she will eventually be adoptable, but aren’t pushing her.
